Central Airlines, Henan Province's new cargo airline, has obtained its AOC from Civil Aviation Administration of China on 26 April 2020. It first completed the industrial and commercial registration in June 2016 and was approved for construction on 26 February 2019. It obtains its public air transportation enterprise operating license on 3 January 2020 and its first aircraft, the B737-300 registered B-2119, completes its test flight in Zhengzhou on 11 April 2020.
