Singapore Airlines' B787-10 inaugural flight to Perth on 7 May 2018

Singapore Airlines currently flies to Perth from Singapore thrice-daily with 1 Airbus A330-300 (on SQ225) and 2 B777-200 aircraft (on SQ213 and SQ223). However, one of the B777-200 jets will operate its last flight to Perth under SQ223 on 6 May 2018 as Singapore Airlines' newly-acquired Boeing B787-10 will operate its ceremonial inaugural flight to Perth under SQ223 on 7 May 2018, marking the official first entry of the new Dreamliner to Australia. 

On 7 May 2018, the ceremonial flight SQ223 operated by B787-10 departs from Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 for Perth at 9.30 am, arrives in Perth at 2.40 pm before leaving Perth for Singapore at 5.10 pm and touching down in Singapore at 10.35 pm under flight SQ214.


From 8 May 2018 onwards, the B787-10 is the regular operator of new Perth flight numbers SQ215 and SQ216. 

Flight SQ215 departs from Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 on 8 May 2018 at 6.45 pm, arrives in Perth at 11.55 pm before leaving Perth on 9 May 2018 at 1.10 am and touching down in Singapore at 6.35 am under flight SQ216.

To celebrate the commencement flight of Singapore Airlines' B787-10 to the Australian travel market, Singapore Airlines has availed on its web-site one-way Perth-Singapore Economy Class tickets from 0 Dollars on the three daily flights departing from Perth for Singapore until the tickets are sold out.
