China Eastern second to link Singapore with Quanzhou on 25 August 2017

China Eastern Airlines is the second airline after Tigerair (Scoot from 25 July 2017 onwards) to link the cities of Singapore and Quanzhou when it begins its inaugural scheduled flight from Quanzhou to Singapore on 25 August 2017.

On 25 August 2017, China Eastern flight MU237 departs from Quanzhou for Singapore at 9.50 am, arrives in Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 at 1.55 pm before leaving Singapore for Quanzhou at 3.45 pm and touching down in Quanzhou at 8.15 pm under flight MU238. This Quanzhou-Singapore timing is effective only on Fridays.

On 28 August 2017, China Eastern flight MU237 departs from Quanzhou for Singapore at 10.05 am, arrives in Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 at 2.25 pm before leaving Singapore for Quanzhou at 3.45 pm and touching down in Quanzhou at 8.15 pm under flight MU238.

The above timings of China Eastern's flights from Quanzhou to Singapore are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays while departures from Singapore to Quanzhou take place on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Flights are operated by its A320 aircraft.

N.B. MU238 continues on the new domestic link from Quanzhou to Hangzhou at 9.40 pm, arriving in Hangzhou at 11.05 pm. The airline markets the link as an international through-city flight to Hangzhou. China Eastern's promotion fares for the flights to Quanzhou and Hangzhou are 150 Singapore Dollars for Economy V Class, 100 Singapore Dollars for T Class and 800 Singapore Dollars for Business I Class.
