Mongolia's youngest airline, Chingis Airlines, launches direct scheduled flight from Ulaanbaatar Chinggis Khaan Airport to Choibalsan, a Mongolian city, on 8 July 2026.
According to schedules, from 8 July 2026, the outgoing flight of Chingis Airlines departs from Chinggis Khaan for Choibalsan at 12 pm, touches down in Choibalsan at 1.30 pm before the return flight leaves Choibalsan for Chinggis Khaan at 2 pm and arrives in Chinggis Khaan at 3.50 pm.
Chingis Airlines flies to Choibalsan with its ATR72-600 turboprop on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Chingis Airlines is formed by Nomin Holding Group LLC in 2025 and first launches domestic flight to Murun from Chinggis Khaan on 1 May 2026 with the ATR72-600. It also flies to Dalanzadgad and Ulgii, two other Mongolian cities.
Online ticketing is settled by banking app scanning the QR code on Mongolia's QPay payment at Chingis Airlines' web-site https://chingisairlines.com.
Singapore's DBS/POSB app does not support QPay QR code payments. It is suggested that Mongolia domestic flight booking be done on MIAT Mongolian Airlines' web-site which accepts foreign debit and credit card payments.
