On 11 March 2025 of its 56th Anniversary, Korean Air officially unveils its new corporate logo and new aircraft livery after completing the acquisition of Asiana Airlines. In the afternoon of the same day, Korean Air held a Rising Night unveiling ceremony at its headquarters hangar in Gangseo District, Seoul.

On the launch ceremony, a 787-10 aircraft (registration number HL8515) equipped with the new livery is officially unveiled. It is reported that the new logo design incorporates fashionable design elements while simplifying the original Taeguk logo colours from red-blue to dark blue. Korean Air has adjusted the airline name on the aircraft livery from "KOREAN AIR" to "KOREAN", and enlarged and bolded the word KOREAN. Korean Air still retains its iconic sky blue livery but other media have described the blue as "metallic blue".

In return, social media users have criticised Korean Air's new livery as a hybrid of KLM and TUI blue liveries, and the airline has got rid of their beloved "Pepsi livery", referring to the original Taeguk logo.

The first refreshed livery flight KE703 takes off on 12 March 2025 from Incheon to Narita, marking the beginning of the airline's new image.

The revamped HL8515's second international flight has taken off for Vancouver from Incheon in the evening of 12 March 2025.

In addition, Korean Air has also released newly upgraded in-flight meals, tableware and other onboard services. The airline has made progress in environmental sustainability, following ESG management principles such as reducing the use of vinyl packaging and adopting environmentally friendly materials (such as sustainable materials used in toothbrush handles). This reflects Korean Air's commitment to promoting sustainable development in the aviation industry.

Korean Air marks its 56th Anniversary on 4 March 2025, unveiling "KE Way," a bold new corporate value system designed to propel the airline's journey as a leading global carrier.
