On the innovative ticketing service for passengers, Leslie Thng points out that in addition to the current "Change Your Flight" add-on, Scoot has just launched "Cancel Your Trip", which allows passengers to cancel their bookings and receive refunds. He comments, "These add-on products will allow you the flexibility to cancel or change your flights hassle-free".

The "Cancel Your Trip" add-on is available for all Scoot passengers, except for flights to and from Hong Kong, India, Japan, the Philippines, Taiwan and South Korea. However, this add-on cannot be clicked on for flight bookings done at least two months ago.

On the ground, Scoot self-service check-in kiosks are now available in Suvarnabhumi, KLIA2, Melbourne and Narita to streamline the check-in process and enhance travel experience.

Suvarnabhumi's international flights start biometric check-in for all passengers from 1 December 2024 and the Scoot self-service check-in kiosks are useful in this regard.
