Sky Angkor Airlines launches flight to Changi on 26 September 2023

Sky Angkor Airlines, that begins its new A320neo commercial flight services to Suvarnabhumi on 10 August 2023, has postponed its 17 August flight launch to Changi to 26 September 2023.

According to Sky Angkor Airlines Facebook, the airline flight ZA668 departs from Phnom Penh to Changi on 26 September 2023 at 8.05 am, touches down in Changi Terminal 2 at 10.55 am before leaving Changi for Phnom Penh at 11.55 am and arriving in Phnom Penh at 12.50 pm under flight ZA669.

Subject to capacity demand, the above flights are operated by Sky Angkor Airlines' A320neo/A320 aircraft on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Sky Angkor Airlines' Maiden A320neo commercial flight to Suvarnabhumi on 10 August 2023

Sky Angkor Airlines has chosen to deploy its new A320neo aircraft, Cambodia's first A320neo, on its route to Suvarnabhumi from Phnom Penh on 10 August 2023, rather than to Don Mueang on 25 August 2023. On 10 August 2023, two round-trips of the A320neo were performed to celebrate the induction of the new aircraft to the airline's fleet.

The first A320neo service operated under flight ZA672 leaves Phnom Penh for Suvarnabhumi at 8.15 am and arrives in Suvarnabhumi at 9.25 am before taking off from Suvarnabhumi for Phnom Penh at 10.25 am and landing in Phnom Penh at 11.16 am under flight ZA673.

The second A320neo flight departs from Phnom Penh for Suvarnabhumi at 1.15 pm and touches down in Suvarnabhumi at 2.25 pm under flight ZA674 before it leaves Suvarnabhumi for Phnom Penh at 3.50 pm and arriving in Phnom Penh at 4.42 pm under flight ZA675.

Sky Angkor Airlines operates a fleet of 1 A321, 4 A320 and 1 A320neo aircraft to date, of which the A321 was purchased from Lanmei Airlines, leaving the latter to operate scheduled flights to Suvarnabhumi and KLIA with only one A320 aircraft.
