ITE & MICE 2015 which is held in Hong Kong Exhibition & Convention Centre from 11 to 14 June 2015 has attracted travel agent exhibitors from Azerbaijan for the first time. These travel agents include Sino Tour LLC (in short SinoTour) and Geo Travel.

SinoTour which officially started business in September 2014 in Baku, the largest commercial city and capital of Azerbaijan, will bring lots of Azerbaijan travel and tour packages as well as travel insurance products from Baku. Among the cities and districts of interest in Azerbaijan that SinoTour introduces includes Baku, Naftalan, Gabala, Guba, Gusar and Nakhchivan.
SinoTour said that its medical tourism packages to Naftalan will surely attract outbound travel agents from the world when they visit its booth at ITE & MICE 2015 as Naftalan, the well-established famous petroleum spa resort, is famous for its curative naftalan oil.
Curative naftalan oil in combination with other methods of recreational therapy and natural famous such as Naftalan's favourable environmental condition and clean pine air is helpful in treatments of skin, neurological, urological, gynecological and musculoskeletal system diseases.
SinoTour also said that Baku has now developed into the largest shopping city of Central Asia with lots of attractive shopping malls to visit and shop. Its Azerbaijan Flag Square is also beautiful at nights. The grand mosque of Taza Pir is another destination of interest in Baku. Its contemporary architecture and rich oil exports can be compared with Dubai, thus earning it the reputation as Central Asia Dubai. SinoTour has shopping tours, recreational tours, medical tourism tours among others.
Guba (or Quba) in northeastern Azerbaijan has picturesque gorges, a waterfall, rich flora and fauna and famous aromatic apple gardens. It is popularly known as the City of Apple Garden.
Gusar (or Qusar) district is in southwestern Azerbaijan with picturesque scenery. See Azerbaijan's highest peak, Mt Bazarduza at 4466 metres or explore its deciduous forests which have species of dog-rose, gooseberry bushes, hawthorn, hombeam et al. Explore ruins of fortress walls of XIII century of the village of Anig and many more.
While Gabala is the ancient capital of Caucasus Albania in Azerbaijan situated along the Great Silk Road, not to be missed is Nakhchivan, home to the grave of the Biblical Noah. It is Noah's last settlement after the Biblical Flood according to Azerbaijanis.
On air transportation links, SinoTour states that Azerbaijan Airlines' Boeing B767-300ER aircraft is able to implement commercial flights from Baku to Hong Kong and beyond to Southeast Asian capitals such as Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Currently, the airline which has a new livery on its Dreamliner B787 wide-body aircraft has code-sharing agreements with Hainan Airlines on the latter's flights from Beijing to Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Chengdu. Its cargo subsidiary Silkway Airlines flies to Guangzhou and Hong Kong directly from Baku.
