Tigerair is reducing its services to China by cancelling direct flights to Lijiang and Jinan without prior public notice.
A year after beginning flights to Lijiang, Tigerair's last flight to Lijiang from Singapore is on 27 December 2014. Passengers affected by the sudden flight cancellation on the Lijiang-Singapore route (via Chiang Rai) can consider flying with Lucky Air from Lijiang to Xi'an to connect to Tigerair's flight to Singapore.
Tigerair's last flight to Jinan will be on 6 January 2015. Passengers affected by the cancellations after 6 January can consider travelling to Qingdao from Jinan to board a Scoot flight bound for Singapore.
Of utmost importance, affected passengers should contact Tigerair for refunds.
