Air Algerie, the national flag carrier of Algeria, intends to launch its first long-haul flight from Algiers to KLIA on 29 March 2026.
On 29 March 2026, according to schedules filed, Air Algerie flight AH3156 departs from Algiers for KLIA at 5.55 pm, touches down in KLIA on 30 March 2026 at 1.30 pm before taking off from KLIA for Algiers at 3.30 pm and landing in Algiers at 9.15 pm under flight AH3157.
The above flights are effective for travel to KLIA on Fridays and Sundays and flights return to Algiers on Saturdays and Mondays from KLIA.
On Wednesdays, AH3156 is scheduled to take off from Algiers for KLIA at 8.55 pm, land in KLIA at 4.30 pm before leaving KLIA for Algiers at 6.30 pm under flight AH3157 and arriving in Algiers at 2.15 am on Thursdays.
Air Algerie flies to KLIA with its inaugural A330-900neo aircraft, which it first launched service to Beijing Capital in North Asia followed by its second Chinese destination Guangzhou. KLIA is the airline's first airport destination in Southeast Asia.
