Firefly launches direct scheduled flight from KLIA to Haikou with its B737-800 aircraft on 17 June 2024.
On 17 June 2024, Firefly flight FY3970 takes off from KLIA for Haikou at 8.25 am, lands in Haikou at 11.55 am before leaving Haikou for KLIA at 12.55 pm and arriving in KLIA at 4.55 pm under flgiht FY3971.
Firefly flies to Haikou on Mondays and Fridays. Haikou is the airline's first Chinese destination.
