In what is an another feat in MIAT Mongolian Airlines' B767-300ER service history, MIAT flight OM7186 is scheduled to depart from Brisbane for Ulaanbaatar via Cebu on 14 December 2020. The MIAT flight OM7186 is the first to link Mongolia with the Philippines.
On 14 December 2020, flight OM7186 leaves Brisbane for Cebu at 1 pm, transits in Cebu at 6.40 pm before leaving Cebu for Ulaanbaatar at 7.40 pm and touching down in Ulaanbaatar at 2.05 am on 15 December 2020.
Earlier, the outbound flight from Singapore for Brisbane, OM7185, leaves Changi Airport Terminal 3 at 3.20 am, a delay of 40 minutes, and is expected to land in Brisbane at 2 pm.
The Ulaanbaatar-Singapore-Brisbane-Cebu-Ulaanbaatar routes are operated on charter basis. Previously during the pandemic, MIAT has launched Ulaanbaatar-Ho Chi Minh City-Perth-Ho Chi Minh City-Ulaanbaatar on 17-18 November 2020 and Ulaanbaatar-Hanoi-Singapore-Hanoi-Ulaanbaatar routes on 3 November 2020.
