Colorful Guizhou Airlines has launched the first ever direct scheduled flight linking Wanzhou Wuqiao Airport and Tianjin.
On 1 August 2016, Colorful Guizhou Airlines' Embraer E190 flight GY7121 departs from Guiyang for Wanzhou at 1.30 pm, transits in Wanzhou at 2.50 pm before leaving Wanzhou for Tianjin at 3.40 pm and arriving in Tianjin at 5.40 pm.
At 6.35 pm, flight GY7122 leaves Tianjin for Wanzhou, arrives in Wanzhou at 8.55 pm before taking off for Guiyang at 9.40 pm and touching down in Guiyang at 10.55 pm.
Colorful Guizhou Airlines does not face any competition as it is the only airline to fly between Wanzhou and Tianjin on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
Wanzhou Wuqiao Airport is Chongqing's second airport in the Wanzhou district.
