Routes : Bangkok Suvarnabhumi - Phnom Penh - Suvarnabhumi.

Airline : Cambodia Angkor Air.

Aircraft : The Airbus A321 aircraft has bigger legroom than an Airbus A320 aircraft. It is quieter than the A320 aircraft when it lands on the tarmac.

Inflight Service : Service is excellent. The air hostesses and air stewards are passionate about their work though busy. They speak competently in English, Khmer and Chinese.

Inflight Magazine : Angkor is the official inflight magazine of Cambodia Angkor Air and is free for passengers. It has tough covers which ensure the magazine is not damaged easily. Information about Cambodia Angkor Air, Cambodia's tourist destinations, tourism and cultures are helpful to passengers who wish to learn more about the airline's background and Cambodia.

Safety Demonstrations : Adequate. Safety Card is always in used condition.

Postcard / Stationery : Aircraft postcards and stationery items are not available onboard or its offices, including the Head Office. Cambodia Angkor Air issues state arrival forms to passengers.

Sky Shop : There are no duty-free items for sale onboard Cambodia Angkor Air flights. This ensures that fares of Cambodia Angkor Air are kept budget and affordable.

Onboard Meals and Refreshments : Onboard meals and refreshments are free. There is only one standard hot meal on each flight to and from Suvarnabhumi, Guangzhou and Shanghai, complete with healthy main meal, dessert, fresh fruit slices and drinks. On Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Silhanoukville and Siem Reap flights, lunchboxes showing the airline's Airbus A321 aircraft are distributed. There are no hot meals on Hanoi and domestic flights.

Surcharge :  There are no inflight surcharges.

Booking : Electronic tickets booked on Cambodia Angkor Air official web-site are issued via Sabre Virtually There web-site or at sales offices upon payment confirmation via cash, debit cards or credit cards. Terms and conditions are forwarded by Sabre on behalf of Cambodia Angkor Air via email for online bookings. Unlike Thai Airways International, Cambodia Angkor Air accepts Singapore bank-issued debit card payments. Budget fares are refundable under certain conditions.

Overall Impression : A full-service airline that meets the needs of budget travellers and business travellers. Everyone will like Cambodia Angkor Air's inflight service.

Status of local ticketing address : No off-line ticketing office in Singapore yet. However, Cambodia Angkor Air plans to launch scheduled flights to Singapore, Seoul-Incheon, Tokyo and India from Siem Reap and Phnom Penh by 2015 and 2016. Singapore will be the next new destination of the airline after Shanghai, which it started to fly to on 26 December 2013. It has branch offices in Bangkok, Guangzhou and Siem Reap  besides its Head Office in Phnom Penh. It has GSAs in Dubai and India.
