MIAT Mongolian Airlines deploys 737 MAX 8 on route to Changi between 8 November and 29 November 2025

MIAT Mongolian Airlines, that launches non-stop scheduled flight from Chinggis Khaan (UBN) in Khushig Valley to Changi on 4 November 2025 and from 2 December 2025 onwards with its B767-300ER, is deploying its 737 MAX 8 on the route from 8 November 2025 to 29 November 2025.

MIAT has also revised the outbound flight schedule timing to Changi and the flight codes. 



From 4 November 2025 onwards, the airline is operating scheduled flight to Changi under flight  OM1723, which sees B767-300ER (4 November 2025, 2 December 2025 to March 2026) and 737 MAX 8 (8 November 2025 to 29 November 2025) departing from Chinggis Khaan for Changi at 9.30 am, touching down in Changi Terminal 4 at 4.55 pm before leaving Changi for Chinggis Khaan at 7.25 pm under flight OM1724 and landing in Chinggis Khaan at 2.55 am on the next day.

MIAT Mongolian Airlines flies to Changi non-stop on Tuesdays and Saturdays and arrives in Chinggis Khaan from Changi on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Chinggis Khaan is the international airport of Mongolia and the international gateway to Mongolia. It is located in Khushig Valley of Sergelen, Tov Province and is 52 km south of Ulaanbaatar. Khushig is a future satelite city of Ulaanbaatar. Changi is the international airport of Singapore.

Emirates deploys A388 new livery jet on Singapore route from 26 October 2025

Since 26 October 2025, Emirates has deployed its Airbus A380-800 new livery jet on the route to Changi from Dubai. The flight lands in Changi at 8.30 am daily and is expected to depart for Dubai from Changi after 10.30 am.

XiamenAir launches flight from Quanzhou to KLIA on 27 October 2025

On 27 October 2025, XiamenAir flight MF8661 took off smoothly from Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport, marking the official launch of direct flights between Quanzhou and KLIA. The route operates four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, providing significant convenience for travelers between the two cities.

According to the flight schedule, outbound flight MF8661 departs Quanzhou at 10:00 a.m. local time and arrives in KLIA at 2.45 pm; return flight MF8662 departs KLIA at 3.45 pm and returns to Quanzhou at 8.20 pm, with a one-way flight duration of approximately 4.5 hours (all times are local time). With the launch of this route, passengers can reach their destination directly without connecting, saving several hours each way compared to previous transfer options, significantly improving travel efficiency and comfort.

SalamAir launches flight to Sharjah on 26 October 2025

SalamAir, Oman's low-cost airline, launches direct scheduled flight from Muscat to Sharjah on 26 October 2025.

On 26 October 2025, according to VariFlight, SalamAir flight OV245 departs from Muscat for Sharjah at 4.50 pm, touches down in Sharjah at 6 pm before leaving Sharjah for Muscat at 7 pm and arriving in Muscat at 8.10 pm under flight OV246.

SalamAir flies to Sharjah daily with A321neo aircraft.

Pelita Air's new flight schedule to Changi effective from 26 October 2025

Pelita Air, the airline subsidiary of Indonesian state-owned oil and natural gas company Pertamina, has updated its flight schedule to Changi from Cengkareng as the winter season takes effect on 26 October 2025.

From 26 October 2025 onwards, Pelita Air operates scheduled flight to Changi under flight IP988 at 7.55 am local time (8.55 am Singapore time), touches down in Changi at 10.45 am before leaving Changi Terminal 4 for Cengkareng at 11.40 am and arriving in Cengkareng at 12.25 pm local time under flight IP989 according to Pelita Air's web-site.


Previously, Pelita Air operated return flights to Changi with the codes IP88 and IP89 with IP88 arriving in Changi before 10 am. This results in difficulty in on-time plane-spotting at Changi Beach Park due to less road traffic unless the plane-spotters arrive at the park by taxi or Grab, whiose rides are exorbitant.

Pelita Air flies to Changi daily with its A320 jet.

Scoot exhibits at Singapore Airlines Time to Fly Travel Fair 2025

Scoot exhibits for the first time at Singapore Airlines Time to Fly Travel Fair from 24 to 26 October 2025 at Suntec City Convention Centre Hall 403. At the booth, Scoot's route maps including air fare specials are distributed while visitors stand chances to take home Scoot pens, Scoot note books and Scoot stickers for free by spinning the wheel.

Singapore Airlines is represented by Kris Shop, Kris+ app and Pelago. Visitors may use Krisflyer miles to settle merchandise payment at Kris+. Kris Shop is selling its merchandise at 50 per cent discount. These merchandise are mostly flasks and travel kits. Cash payments are also accepted.

Jetstar Japan launches non-stop scheduled flight from Narita to Kaohsiung on 18 December 2025.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines launches non-stop scheduled flight from Dhaka to London Heathrow on 13 November 2025.

On 13 November 2025, Biman flight BG301 departs from Dhaka for Heathrow at 10.30 am, touches down on Heathrow at 4.05 pm before leaving Heathrow for Dhaka at 6 pm and landing in Dhaka at 9.35 am under flight BG302 on 14 December 2025.

Biman Bangladesh Airlines flies to Heathrow non-stop on Thursdays with its 787-8 Dreamliner. The airline currently flies to Heathrow via Sylhet four times a week.

SCAT Airlines launches flight to Suvarnabhumi from Shymkent on 15 December 2025

SCAT Airlines, that operates weekly charter flights to Phuket from Kazakhstan, is launching scheduled passenger flight from Shymkent, its headquarters and hub, to Suvarnabhumi on 15 December 2025.

On 15 December 2025, SCAT Airlines flight DV469 departs from Shymkent for Suvaranbhumi at 7.50 pm, touches down on Suvarnabhumi at 4 am on 16 December 2025 before leaving Suvarnabhumi for Shymkent at 5.20 am and arriving in Shymkent under flight DV470 at 9.30 am local time.

SCAT Airlines flies to Suvarnabhumi on Mondays and Thursdays with its B737-800 aircraft. It lands in Shymkent from Suvarnabhumi on Tuesdays and Fridays.


Belavia launches charter flight to Phuket on 11 January 2026

Belavia Belarusian Airlines launches charter flight from Minsk to Phuket on 11 January 2026. 

According to AeroRoutes, Belavia flight B28603 takes off from Minsk for Phuket at 10.20 pm on 11 January 2026, arrives in Phuket at 12.25 pm at 12 January 2026 before departing from Phuket for Minsk under flight B28604 at 2.45 pm and touching down in Misk at 9.40 pm local time.

Belavia flies to Phuket every 10 to 11 days after the first flight with its A330-200 aircraft. 

Phuket is the second Thai destination for the Belarusian airline after Utapao to which it touches down on 9 January 2026 after taking off from Minsk on 8 January 2026 under flight B28605.

Tigerair Taiwan operates Kaohsiung-Kumamoto-Tainan-Kumamoto-Kaoshiung flights from 23 December 2025

Tigerair Taiwan launches scheduled flights from Kaohsiung and Tainan to Kumamoto on 23 December 2025.

On 23 December 2025, Tigerair Taiwan flight  IT766 departs from Kaohsiung for Kumamoto at 8.45 am, touches down in Kumamoto at 11.50 am before leaving Kumamoto for Kaohsiung at 7.50 pm and arriving in Kaohsiung at 9.45 pm under flight IT767.

At 12.40 pm, flight IT795 leaves Kumamoto for Tainan, lands in Tainan at 2.25 pm before taking off from Tainan for Kumamoto under flight IT794 at 3.55 pm and touching down in Kumamoto at 7 pm.

As seen from the above schedules, Tigerair Taiwan is operating the routes to Kumamoto in this way, Kaohsiung-Kumamoto-Tainan-Kumamoto-Kaoshiung, with the same A320 aircraft on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Spring Airlines' inaugural flights from Lanzhou to Chiang Mai and Hanoi

Spring Airlines is launching new routes from Lanzhou in October and November 2025.

On 29 October 2025, Spring Airlines launches scheduled flight from Lanzhou to Chiang Mai with flight departing from Lanzhou under flight 9C7265 for Chiang Mai at 3.30 pm, touching down in Chiang Mai at 5.55 pm before leaving Chiang Mai for Lanzhou at 6.55 pm and arriving in Lanzhou at 10.50 pm under flight 9C7266.

Flight to Chiang Mai from Lanzhou takes place every Wednesday.


On 3 November 2025, Spring Airlines debuts its flight from Lanzhou to Hanoi with flight 9C7219 taking off from Lanzhou for Hanoi at 5.10 pm, arriving in Hanoi at 7.10 om before departing for Lanzhou at 8.10 pm and arriving in Lanzhou at12.10 am on 4 November 2025 under flight 9C7220. 

Flight to Hanoi from Lanzhou is on Mondays.
