Aircalin plans Noumea-Suvarnabhumi-Paris CDG flight launch on 11 December 2024, according to a report published on Simple Flying.
In a press conference recently held in Noumea, Aircalin noted that while it has the approval of the New Caledonia government to begin long-haul flight to Paris CDG, it is waiting on the final word from the civil aviation authority of Thailand, which it assures will not take long.
Tickets are to be sold on-line starting 16 September 2024, with flights of Aircalin A330neo jets operating on Wednesdays and Saturdays to Paris CDG with a technical stopover in Suvarnabhumi.
The whole trip to Paris CDG from Noumea via the stopover lasts at least 26 hours.
If the route service to Paris CDG is implemented, it is likely Aircalin will reduce flight frequency to Changi, currently its only thrice-weekly non-stop flight service to Asia from Noumea.
By 17 September 2024, Sayacinta-Airpost will follow-up with the flight details of Aircalin's newest planned route.
