MIAT Mongolian Airlines has operated twice-weekly flights between Ulaanbaatar and Busan for almost two months without any cancellation. The initial flight was started on 22 June 2017.
The Mongolian carrier has recently published online its detailed flight schedules of its Busan flights. The twice-weekly flights are as follows:-
From 22 June 2017 to 26 October 2017, MIAT flight OM311 departs on Thursdays from Ulaanbaatar for Busan at 6.05 am, arrives in Busan at 10.35 am before leaving Busan for Ulaanbaatar at 11.30 am and touching down in Ulaanbaatar at 2.30 pm under flight OM312.
From 25 June 2017 to 22 October 2017, MIAT flight OM311 departs on Sundays from Ulaanbaatar for Busan at 12 pm, arrives in Busan at 4.30 pm before leaving Busan for Ulaanbaatar at 5.30 pm and touching down in Ulaanbaatar at 8.30 pm under flight OM312.
The flights are operated using B737 aircraft.
MIAT Mongolian Airlines plans to introduce non-stop flights from Ulaanbaatar to Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok as early as November 2017 and by end of 2017 using its B767-300 aircraft to attract more international tourists.
