Myanmar National Airlines received its second Boeing B737-800 NextGeneration aircraft on 7 October 2015 in Seattle. The aircraft finally arrived in Yangon on 13 October 2015 for an official welcoming ceremony.
The second B737-800NG aircraft registered XY-ALC will be deployed on its international route from Yangon to Singapore and will open new routes to Hong Kong and Taipei by end of 2015.
