Increase the investment of transportation capacity and enlarge the scale of the civil aviation market in Guizhou. Guizhou Airlines will actively promote China Southern Airlines Group and the Guizhou Provincial Government to jointly study the development direction of Guizhou Airlines’ transportation market, and strive to increase the capacity of China Southern Airlines Group’s investment in Guizhou to more than 40 by 2025 based on the availability of traffic rights, time and other resources. At the same time, increase the investment in the transportation capacity of the branch line airports in Guizhou Province, build the branch line support base, form the linkage effect of the trunk and branch, and enhance the transportation capacity of Guizhou Province to reach the main urban agglomeration.
Increase investment in infrastructure and build "three centre". At present, the aviation maintenance project in the new production support zone of Guizhou Airlines has been completed, and it can be put into use after the supporting access roads and the water and electricity pipe network are completed. After the project is completed, the aircraft maintenance depot of Guizhou Airlines will be the largest hangar in Guizhou Province, capable of parking two Class C (Boeing 737-800 or Airbus 320) aircraft or one Class E (Boeing 787 or Airbus 330) aircraft at the same time. Guiyang will become an important C inspection and maintenance base for China Southern Airlines Group in the southwest region, and become an aviation maintenance center for China Southern Airlines Southwest. Guiyang will accelerate the construction of a new catering building. After completion, it will produce 18,000 aircraft meals per day and become China Southern Airlines Southwest Regional Aviation Catering Center.
