Air Travel / Hongtu Airlines officially completed its name change to Hunan Airlines on 30 September 2020

Air Travel / Hongtu Airlines
Within a year, Hongtu Airlines quickly completed the capital injection, relocation and name change.
On 6 September 2019, the Hunan Provincial Emerging Industry Equity Investment Guidance Fund completed a capital increase of 435 million yuan in Air Travel / Hongtu Airlines, accounting for 26% of the shares.
On the same day, Hunan State-owned Assets Representative Zeng Ruobing entered the board of directors of Hongtu Airlines and served as vice chairman.
On 20 August 2020, the Transportation Department of the Civil Aviation Administration issued a public announcement on the change of the main operating base airport contained in the operating license of Yunnan Hongtu Airlines Co., Ltd.
The main base airport of Air Travel / Hongtu Airlines was changed from Kunming Changshui International Airport to Changsha Huanghua International Airport.
At the end of September 2020, it was renamed Hunan Airlines. It is the fourth private airline to change to a state-owned name after state-owned assets acquire a private airline. Hunan Airlines will introduce a new livery on its fleet reflecting the official name Hunan Airlines in the months to come.
Three other private airlines have been renamed
First, Northeast Airlines (above) changed its name to Hebei Airlines.
In 2010, Sichuan Airlines cooperated with Hebei Jizhong Energy Group to reorganize Northeast Airlines, and Northeast Airlines was renamed Hebei Airlines.
On 29 June 2010, Hebei Airlines' registered capital increased to 1.8 billion yuan. Hebei Aviation Investment (Jizhong Energy), Sichuan Airlines Group and Shenyang Zhongrui held 95.4%, 3.83% and 0.77%, respectively.
In October 2014, Xiamen Airlines acquired Hebei Airlines.
Second, UEAir changed its name to Chengdu Airlines.
In October 2009, COMAC, Sichuan Airlines Group, and Chengdu Communications signed a cooperation agreement. The three parties reorganized UEAir and ordered 30 ARJ21-700 aircraft produced by COMAC.
After the reorganization, UEAir's equity capital increased from 300 million yuan to 680 million yuan, and the shareholding ratios of each party were as follows:
COMAC 48%, Sichuan Airlines 40.97%, Chengdu Trading 11.03%.
COMAC became a major shareholder. UEAir changed its name to Chengdu Airlines (above).
Third, Longhao Airlines changed its name to Zhongyuan Longhao.
In May 2019, Henan Aviation Investment acquired a controlling stake in Guangdong Longhao Aviation Co., Ltd., and the two parties reorganized to establish Zhongyuan Longhao Airlines.
In June of the same year, Henan Civil Aviation Development Investment Co., Ltd. injected capital to acquire 70% of its shares. The registered capital of Zhongyuan Longhao Aviation increased from 400 million yuan to 467 million yuan.
The shareholders of Ruili Airlines and Longjiang Airlines will undergo major changes, we will wait and see whether these two companies will be renamed!

Colorful Guizhou Airlines plans to link first-tier cities from the fourth quarter of 2020

Bamboo Airways' E195 jets launch flights from Con Dao to Hanoi, Vinh and Haiphong

According to Bamboo Airways, two Embraer E195 aircraft joined Bamboo Airways on 29 September 2020 to launch operations in Vietnam with the first jet flights from Con Dao to Hanoi, Vinh and Haiphong.
Con Dao and the surrounding national park is a natural scenic area, 1,400 kilometers (760 nautical miles) from the capital Hanoi, on the southern coast of Vietnam. The island consists of 16 islands and is a popular tourist destination.
Bamboo Airways is the first airline to operate direct flights to Con Dao from Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, Haiphong in the north, and Vinh in the center. Initially, the Hanoi-Con Dao flight operates twice a day, and the Haiphong and Vinh - Con Dao flights operate once a day. Bamboo Airways operates the aircraft in a comfortable single cabin layout with 118 seats.
"We are very honoured to be able to use the E195 aircraft to provide jet services to Con Dao," said Mr. Dang Tat Thang, Executive Vice President of Bamboo Airways. "The excellent short-runway take-off and landing performance of this model makes it an ideal model for commuting to and from Con Dao. The two E195s were wet leased from Great Dane Airlines.

LongJiang Airlines was successfully auctioned at a price of almost 806 million RMB

On 30 September 2020, according to the online bidding transaction confirmation letter, Beijing Shengda Gold Industry Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., after an open bidding, won the "Partial Value Project of LongJiang Airlines Co., Ltd. 98% Equity Equity Corresponding to the Shareholder Equity" at the highest price of 805,731,040 RMB. This price is much higher than the starting price of 329 million RMB and the estimated price of 411 million RMB.
The online auction attracted nearly 40,000 onlookers, and two bidders including Beijing Shengda Gold made a total of 91 bids.
According to the company's information, Beijing Shengda Gold was established in 2012 with a registered capital of 1 million RMB. Its business scope includes investment consulting, investment management, and economic and trade consulting.
LongJiang Airlines is a public transport aviation company approved by the CAAC in July 2014. It was officially registered on 3 September 2014 and became the first local civil aviation company in Heilongjiang Province. The operation license was obtained on 30 June 2016, the operation certificate was obtained on 9 February 2017, and the operation was officially put into operation on 10 February. Currently Longjiang Airlines owns 5 A320 aircraft.
According to the appraisal report made by the appraisal agency, the book value of the net assets of LongJiang Airlines Co., Ltd. as of 31 August 2019 on the appraisal base date was 411 million RMB. After the appraisal, the value of all shareholders’ equity was 419 million yuan, and the appraised appreciation was 7.464 million RMB, an increase of 1.81%.
It is worth noting that LongJiang Airlines still has current liabilities of 801 million RMB, non-current liabilities of 21 million RMB, and total liabilities of 822 million RMB.
