[Updates] Garuda Indonesia Group GSA for Citilink exhibits at NATAS Travel Fair 2025

The Garuda Indonesia Group GSA in Sngapore for Citilink, Trans Swift Line Pte Ltd, exhibits in NATAS Travel Fair 2025 from 28 February 2025 to 2 March 2025. It distributes flight schedules and travel packages with Citilink as the airline of travel-of-choice and support travel agencies in marketing travel to Indonesia. 


Foldable travel tote bags courtesy of Garuda Indonesia are distributed. Visitors to the booth may tag on Instagram and win the Garuda Indonesia tote bags and other items of Garuda Indonesia Group. A selected participant goes on to win a free return ticket to Jakarta courtesy of Citlink.

Citilink currently operates twice daily scheduled flights to Cengkareng (CGK), the international gateway to Jakarta, from Changi, with A320 and A320neo aircraft. The newest aircraft type of Citilink's fleet is the A330neo.



 

Formed by the team of the former Garuda Indonesia sales and ticketing branch office in Singapore, Trans Swift Line Pte Ltd is established in 2021. According to its portfolio, it manages the promotion and marketing of a whole range of Citilink and Garuda Indonesia products and services in Singapore, catering to both passengers and cargo demand.

Trans Swift Line handles flight reservations, cargo handling and prompt assistance with all travel-related inquiries.

The office of Trans Swift Line is located at B1-24 of Changi Airport Terminal 3.

Thai Lion Air launches scheduled flight from Don Mueang to Denpasar on 3 April 2025.

On 3 April 2025, Thai Lion Air flight SL258 leaves Don Mueang for Denpasar at 11.55 am, touches down in Denpasar at 5.20 pm before leaving Denpasar for Don Mueang at 6.20 pm and arriving in Don Mueang at 9.40 pm under flight SL259.

Thai Lion Air flies to Denpasar with its B737-800 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Sichuan Airlines launches flight to Madrid on 27 April 2025

Sichuan Airlines launches scheduled flight from Chengdu Tianfu Airport to Madrid on 27 April 2025.

According to schedules, Sichuan Airlines flight 3U3803 departs from Tianfu for Madrid at 1.40 am on 27 April 2025, touches down in Madrid at 8.50 am before leaving Madrid for Tianfu at 11.05 am and landing on Tianfu at 5 am local time on 28 April 2025 under flight 3U3804.

Sichuan Airlines flies to Madrid three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays with its A330-200 aircraft.

Nok Air's flight and fleet plans for 2025 and beyond

According to The Bangkok Post on 24 February 2025, Nok Air, the subsidiary of Thai Airways International, plans to increase flight frequencies to Hyderabad and Mumbai, which it currently serves eight flights per week, and explores new routes to India from Don Mueang.

Taiwan, Singapore and Japan are prospective new country destinations for Nok Air, that is studying the possibility of "offering either direct flights or relying on the fifth-freedom agreement, enabling it to drop off passengers at a destination before flying to Japan".

At the meantime, Nok Air plans to increase flights to Phuket from Don Mueang and maximise traffic to Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai.

Fleet-wise, Nok Air plans to lease planes via aircraft, crew, maintenance and insurance agreements, aiming up to four aircraft year by year.

Nok Air has studied new turboprop aircraft to replace retired Bombardier Q400 planes but turboprops are more expensive to operate than jets.

The airline's fleet currently consists of 14 Boeing B737-800 jets. Nok Air is taking delivery of six Boeing 737 MAX aircraft within four years to expand its route coverage.

West Air launches flight from Dali to Hong Kong on 12 March 2025

West Air launches scheduled flight from Dali to Hong Kong on 12 March 2025.

West Air launches flight to Suvarnabhumi from Dali on 25 February 2025

West Air, the Chongqing-based subsidiary of Hainan Airlines, is adding new route to its Bangkok flight network. On 25 February 2025, it commences inaugural scheduled flight from Dali to Suvarnabhumi with its A320 aircraft.

On 25 February 2025, according to schedules, West Air flight PN6525 departs from Dali for Suvarnabhumi at 9 am, touches down in Suvarnabhumi at 10.20 am before leaving Suvarnabhumi for Dali at 11.20 am under flight PN6526 and landing in Dali at 2.35 pm.

Suvarnabhumi Airport is the fourth international airport link for Dali Fengyi Airport after KLIA, Hanoi Noi Bai Airport and Changi Airport.

West Air flies from Dali to Suvarnabhumi on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. 

West Air launches flight from Dali to Changi on 24 February 2025

West Air, the Chongqing-based subsidiary of Hainan Airlines, has added new route to its Singapore flight network. On 24 February 2025, it commences inaugural scheduled flight from Dali to Changi with its A320 aircraft.

On 24 February 2025, West Air flight PN6513 departs from Dali Fengyi Airport for Changi at 9.40 am (scheduled time 9.30 am), touches down in Changi at 1.47 pm (scheduled time 1.40 pm) before leaving Changi for Dali at 2.55 pm (scheduled time 2.40 pm) under flight PN6514 and landing in Dali at 6.37 pm (scheduled time 6.40 pm).

Singapore Changi Airport is the third international airport link for Dali Fengyi Airport after KLIA and Hanoi Noi Bai Airport.

West Air flies from Dali to Changi on Mondays and from Lhasa to Changi via Chongqing. The route pair PN6513/PN6514 is previous used for the Chongqing=Sanya routes.

Norse launches flight from London Gatwick to Suvarnabhumi on 26 October 2025

Norse Atlantic Airways (Norse , in short) launches non-stop scheduled flight from London Gatwick (Gatwick, in short) to Suvarnabhumi on 26 October 2025.

According to schedules, Norse flight Z0791 departs from Gatwick for Suvarnabhumi at 4 pm on 26 October 2025, touches down in Suvarnabhui at 10.25 am on 27 October 2025  before leaving Suvarnabhumi for Gatwick at 12.30 pm and arriving in Gatwick at 6.30 pm local time under flight Z0792.

The travel time from Gatwick to Suvarnabhumi is11 hours 25 minutes while it takes around 13 hours to arrive in Gatwick from Suvarnabhuni.

Norse flies to Suvarnabhumi from Gatwick on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. It lands in Gatwick on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with its 787-9 Dreamliner.

The airline also flies from Stockholm and Oslo to Suvarnabhumi with up to 4 weekly scheduled flights from Stockhom to Suvarnabhumi from 5 December 2025 and up to four weekly non-stop flights from 3 December 2025.

China Southern launches flight from Urumqi to KLIA via Guangzhou on 24 February 2025

China Southern launches scheduled flight from Urumqi to KLIA via Guangzhou on 24 February 2025.

On 24 February 2025, China Southern fight CZ5065 departs from Urumqi for KLIA via Guangzhou at 10.45 am, transits in Guangzhou at 3.50 pm before leaving Guangzhou for KLIA at 5.25 pm and landing in KLIA at 9.50 pm.

ITA Airways launches flight to Port Louis on 7 November 2025

ITA Airways launches direct scheduled flight from Rome to Port Louis, the capital city of Mauritius, on 7 November 2025.

On 7 November 2025, ITA Airways flight AZ772 departs from Rome for Port Louis at 10 pm, touches down in Port Louis at 11.20 am local time before leaving Port Louis for Rome at 10.10 pm under flight AZ773 on 8 November 2025 and arriving in Rome at 6.40 am local time.

Royal Air Philippines flies to Taoyuan from Caticlan three times a week. Below are the flight schedules during the summer season, beginning from 30 March 2025:-

Myanmar Airways International launches flight to Penang on 10 April 2025

Myanmar Airways International (MAI) launches direct scheduled flight from Yangon to Penang on 10 April 2025.

On 10 April 2025, MAI flight 8M505 leaves Yangon for Penang at 2.45 pm, touches down in Penang at 6.15 pm before  returning to Yangon at 7.15 pm and landing in Yangon at 7.45 pm under flight 8M506.

MAI flies to Penang with its Embraer E190 aircraft on Mondays and Thursdays. Penang is the airline's second destination in Malaysia after KLIA.

Cambodia Airways launches flight to Hong Kong on 1 April 2025

Cambodia Airways, the fastest-growing airline of Cambodia, launches direct scheduled flight from Phnom Penh to Hong Kong on 1 April 2025.

According to schedules, Cambodia Airways flight KR507 departs from Phnom Penh for Hong Kong at 7.45 am, touches down in Hong Kong at 11.25 am before leaving Hong Kong at 12.25 pm and landing in Phnom Penh on 1 April 2025 under flight KR508.

Loong Air adds four additional flights a week to Kansai from 30 March 2025

Backed by market demand, Loong Air is adding four additional flights a week to its scheduled flight service from Hangzhou to Kansai from 30 March 2025.

On 30 March 2025, according to schedules, Loong Air flight GJ8249 departs from Hangzhou for Kansai at 9.20 am, touches down in Kansai at 1.25 pm before leaving Kansai for Hangzhou at 2.25 pm and landing in Hangzhou at 3.50 pm under flight GJ8250.

Flights GJ8249 and GJ8250 operate on scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and these flights are in addition to the usual flight schedules to Kansai as follows:-

Everyday, flight GJ8077 leaves Hangzhou for Kansai at 1.10 pm, lands in Kansai at 4.45 pm before taking off from Kansai for Hangzhou at 6 pm and arriving in Hangzhou at 10 pm under flight GJ8078.

Philippine Airlines launches flight from Cebu to Ho Chi Minh City on 2 May 2025

Philippine Airlines plans to commence scheduled flight between Cebu and Ho Chi Minh City on 2 May 2025.

According to schedules, Philippine Airlines flight PR587 departs from Cebu for Ho Chi Minh City at 10.55 pm on 2 May 2025, touches down in Ho Chi Minh City at 12.55 am on 3 May 2025 before taking off from Ho Chi Minh City for  Cebu at 1.55 am and arriving in Cebu at 6.05 am under flight PR588.

Philippine Airlines flies to Ho Chi Minh City from Cebu with its A321 aircraft on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and returns to Cebu from Ho Chi Minh City on Thursdays, Saturdays and Mondays. Its first A321 is first delivered to the airline in 2013.
