Report, photo copyright by : Gan Yung Chyan, KUCINTA SETIA

This decision comes shortly after the airline resumed direct flights nearly three months ago, on 19 March 2024.
According to a tourism expert, the cancellation of these direct flights can be attributed to the low demand for travel between Cambodia and Laos.
Prior to this, direct flights on the Vientiane-Phnom Penh route were operational from the 1980s until the mid-2000s. However, market conditions led to the temporary suspension of these flights.
